For rush deliveries, Robertson offers UPS Express Service. Call or fax your order to our Alliance Distribution Center by 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. After verifying that the items are in stock, we'll notify you and ship your order the SAME DAY. Delivery is guaranteed by 5:00 pm the next day for Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and lower Michigan (including Grand Rapids area). Normal UPS charges apply.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via phone, fax or email depending on your preference.
As a Robertson guarantee, if we fail to ship your order the same day WE PAY THE UPS CHARGES!

Evening Shuttle Delivery
Robertson also has a shuttle service that runs five nights a week to many of our branches. This allows customers to have products delivered to their “shuttle branch” by 7:00 am the following day.

Jobsite Crane Delivery
Have your order delivered directly to your jobsite using Robertson's crane delivery truck. It's capable of handling HVAC equipment, skids of pipe, and crates of fittings. We even offer the service of lifting rooftop units as well as taking down and scrapping the old units.
